Chris was Spencer’s brother who arrived in town shortly after he and Maddy had settled there. He told Spencer he’d come home to find him gone and that their mother missed him, and convinced Spencer to go away with him for a couple of days. He was challenged by Harvey about his reasons for being in the Bay and tried to convince Spencer to go home with him but Spencer decided to stay with Maddy.
